Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head cabbage, grated fined
1/2 c. sugar or to taste
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Place grated cabbage in mixing bowl; sprinkle sugar over top. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
When ready to serve, take from refrigerator and mix in mayonnaise, stirring well to mix sugar and mayonnaise.
Place in serving dish and serve.
