Rice And Beans(20 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can black beans or kidney or pinto
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 1/2 c. Minute brown rice, uncooked
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until tender but not browned.
    Stir in beans, tomatoes, water and oregano.
    Bring to boil.
    Stir in rice; return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
