Beef Noodle Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground lean beef
    1 medium onion
    1 mall green pepper
    1 1/2 tips celery (optional)
    1 small bottle stuffed olives, chopped (with juice)
    1 qt. canned tomatoes, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) box wee size egg noodles (any kind will do)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook until meat is not red and onion and pepper are soft.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add olives (with juice) and tomatoes.
    Cook noodles according to directions.
    Mix and put into casserole.
    When ready to use, top with soup and grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until bubbly and cheese slightly browned.
    This freezes well before adding soup.
