Beef Pot Roast(4 Or 5 Pounds) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 onion, sliced or quartered
    4 potatoes, quartered
    4 carrots, cut large
    4 or 5 lb. roast
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook roast, salt and pepper in water, covering meat, about 1/2 hour.
    Add potatoes, onions and carrots.
    Cook another 15 minutes. Add mushroom soup and onion soup.
    Cook about 30 minutes or until juices are thick.
