Creole Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large juicy tomatoes
1 jar salad olives
1 pkg. small elbow macaroni
1 c. mayonnaise
1 onion
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook macaroni.
In large bowl, add macaroni, chopped tomatoes and olives.
In separate bowl, put mayonnaise.
Here's the secret: Grate on small side of cheese grater, juice from one onion into mayonnaise.
Add garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix dressing with macaroni, tomato and olive mixture.
Top with grated cheese and chill.
