Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom
grated Cheddar or American cheese
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/2 bag cornbread stuffing
4 or 5 squash
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 small onion
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Boil onions, squash, salt and pepper in cooker until tender; drain.
Put squash in casserole dish.
Now put 1 to 2 layers of squash, butter, cream of mushroom soup, cheese and bread stuffing.
Top with bread stuffing and then cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown.
