Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. dry macaroni
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
2 c. milk
10 oz. pkg. New York sharp Cheddar cheese
12 Ritz crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 lb. domestic ham, diced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook macaroni and drain.
Melt 3 tablespoons butter.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Add milk. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Put macaroni, diced ham and cheese mixture into a casserole dish.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter and add to Ritz crackers.
Spread cracker mixture on top.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes, uncovered.
