Green Beans With Cashews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. peanut or vegetable oil
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1 garlic cloves, minced
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen whole green beans, thawed and drained
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. unsalted cashews
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
    Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring for 2 minutes.
    Add beans, salt and pepper.
    Cook, stirring 3 minutes.
    Add cashews and cook 1 minute. Contains 210 calories per serving.
