Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian herbs
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In mixer bowl, beat together butter and seasonings at medium speed until fluffy, about 3 to 5 minutes.
    Blend cheese and lemon juice into butter mixture.
    Form into log shape on wax paper and chill for a few hours.
