Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 can French green beans, drained
    1 can Shoe Peg corn
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can sour cream
    1 stick oleo
    1 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix ingredients, except oleo and crackers, thoroughly.
    Put in an 8 1/2 x 13-inch pan.
    Crush crackers and mix with the melted oleo; put on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes with oleo.
