Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed, peeled zucchini
    6 or 8 oz. herb stuffing mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 grated carrot
    1 grated onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine, add stuffing mix.
    Mix and reserve 1/4 cup of mixture.
    Cook zucchini until tender; drain.
    Add everything together and mix.
    Put in a greased casserole, bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Put reserved mixture on top of casserole and enjoy.
