(Hot) Jalapeno Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck jalapeno peppers
    6 to 8 sweet red bell peppers for color
    1 1/2 lb. onions
    3/4 peck green tomatoes
    1/2 c. canning salt
    1/2 c. black pepper
    6 c. vinegar
    2 c. water
    2 1/2 Tbsp. dry Colman's mustard
    1/2 c. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Chop jalapeno peppers, bell peppers, onions and green tomatoes very coarse.
    Sprinkle canning salt and pepper; soak overnight. Drain juice, then mix.
