Mocha Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening (Crisco)
2 Tbsp. powdered coffee
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. confectioners sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. cream or milk

Preparation

Beat shortening until fluffy.
Add egg, coffee, salt and vanilla.
Add sugar and milk.
More milk may be needed.
