Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oil
2 eggs, separated
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together, then add milk.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Mix oil, egg yolks and milk together.
Stir into flour mixture.
Carefully fold in egg whites (don't stir).
Heat griddle and bake for only a few minutes. Serve with your favorite syrup.
