Spinach Dip #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope dry vegetable soup mix (Lipton)
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. mayonnaise
    10 oz. frozen chopped spinach: thawed
    1 can water chestnuts - chopped
Preparation
    Drain spinach well.
    Mix all ingredients and chill at least 2 hours.
    Serve with \"dippers\" of choice.
