Creamy Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    instant mashed potatoes
    4 oz. carton whipped cream cheese
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
Preparation
    Prepare instant mashed potatoes omitting butter. Add cream cheese and beat well. Stir in egg, onion and parsley; blend thoroughly. Transfer to greased 1-quart baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) for 30 minutes.
