Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. fresh mushroom caps, with stems removed
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/3 c. rolled crackers
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. imitation crabmeat
Preparation
    In frying pan, saute onion in butter.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, using heavy cream, until desired consistency.
    Fill mushroom caps with mixture and place in single layer in baking dish or 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Can bake mushrooms in 3 tablespoons garlic butter (optional).
