Scotch Shortbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter or margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg yolk
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Pat out in bottom of cake pan and prick with fork 1-inch apart. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour. Dust with powdered sugar and cut while hot.
