Tomato Soup Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
    1/4 c. chopped stuffed olives
    1 tsp. grated onions
    1/4 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Bring tomato juice to a boil.
    Add Jell-O.
    When cool, add vegetables and 1/2 cup grated Longhorn cheese.
    Pour into 8 x 8-inch square pan and chill.
