Stromboli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    country sausage or kielbasa (loose, not formed)
    Pizza Quick pepperoni sauce (1/2 jar)
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 frozen bread doughs
    1 c. pepperoni, chopped in little pieces
    olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook the sausage.
    Keep in small pieces. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl except the frozen bread dough or olive oil.
    Defrost frozen loaves of bread dough in microwave until soft or put it in the oven at 200\u00b0 with a pan of water on shelf under the loaf; leave it there until soft.
    On a cookie sheet, spray nonstick spray.
    Spread soft bread dough until flat.
    Put 1/4 ingredients on dough.
    Wrap dough around it and pinch shut.
    Turn it over so crease is on the bottom.
    Cut 3 small holes in top of dough.
    Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
    Bake until golden.
    Repeat with other dough.
