Oriental Rice With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
    1 3/4 c. canned chicken broth
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    1/2 c. diagonally sliced celery
    1/4 c. red bell pepper strips
    1/2 c. bean sprouts
    1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
    4 oz. uncooked instant rice (1 1/3 c.)
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in margarine in medium saucepan.
    Add chicken broth.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add vegetables and soy sauce.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
    Serves 4.
    Each serving equals 1 bread, 1 vegetable, 1/2 fat, 19 optional calories on most diet exchange programs.
