Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. whipping cream
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    sweetened whipped cream
    grated semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation
    In a 1-quart saucepan, mix chocolate chips, 1/2 cup of the whipping cream and sugar.
    Stirring frequently over low heat, cook until mixture is smooth.
