Piccadillo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onion, diced
    2 large green peppers, chopped
    1 medium olives (reserve juice), drained
    1 large can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 reserved olive juice
    1/2 tsp. Accent seasoning mix
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    minced garlic to taste
    Olive oil
    2 lb. ground chuck
Preparation
    Saute onions & peppers in olive oil, then meat. Drain. Add rest of ingredients & cook 1 hour over slow heat, covered. Serve over yellow rice.
