Chicken Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 can chicken noodle soup, drain
    1 egg
    pepper and salt to taste
    6 crackers
Preparation
    Mix hamburger, soup and egg, salt and pepper.
    Crumble the crackers into the meat mixture.
    Make into patties.
    Roll in cracker crumbs.
    Fry in hot shortening.
    They are very moist and good.
    Taste between chicken and hamburger.
