French-Fried Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
Preparation
    Prepare the cauliflower according to package directions and drain.
    Season with salt.
    Blend milk with the egg, then dip the cauliflower into the mixture.
    Roll in the bread crumbs.
    Drop into hot oil and cook until golden brown.
