Christmas Cinnamon Ornaments - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. applesauce
4 oz. bottle ground cinnamon or cloves
Preparation

Mix applesauce and ground cloves or ground cinnamon in a bowl until a stiff dough forms.
Dough should be stiff enough to roll out 1/4-inch thick.
If dough is sticky, you may sprinkle in more cloves or cinnamon.
After dough is pressed out, cut with cookie cutters.
Make hole with toothpick.
Carefully put on rack to dry. Let air dry several days, turning occasionally.
These ornaments smell wonderful on your Christmas tree.
Makes 12 ornaments.
