Health Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 heaping Tbsp. shredded raw potato with skin on
    2 heaping Tbsp. shredded raw apple, peeled
    1 heaping Tbsp. finely chopped seedless raisins
    1 heaping Tbsp. vegetable or olive oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix well and let stand about 1 hour before eating.
