Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, cooked and mashed
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped pimento
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, cream cheese and potatoes, mixing well, until blended.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Put in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
