Deckel Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. rump roast
1 small bottle Heinz ketchup
1 bottle Gold's horseradish
1 pkg. wide noodles
1 to 2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Brown roast with oil and garlic on all sides.
When done, remove from pot, empty remaining oil.
Put ketchup and horseradish in pot.
Fill each bottle with water and empty into pot.
Return meat and simmer approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
