Brown Rice With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. regular rice
    1 stick butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    2 cans beef bouillon
Preparation
    Melt butter in a skillet.
    Add onion and rice and brown.
    Pour into a big casserole dish.
    Add soup and bouillon.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
    Cook for 45 minutes to an hour.
