Mushroom Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. ground mutarrd
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    sliced bread
    diced bacon
Preparation
    Put cheese through meat grinder.
    Combine with mustard, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Spread on bread slices and scatter diced bacon on top of spread.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until browned on under side.
    Cut in halves or quarters, as desired and serve hot.
    Yields 13 or more servings.
