Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns, thawed
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 to 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix together and put in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
