Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked turkey
1 1/2 c. cooked spaghetti (3/4 c. uncooked)
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooked mushrooms
3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Melt
butter in heavy
saucepan.
Add
flour,
stirring until well blended.
Gradually add milk and cook over low heat until thickened.\tAdd salt and pepper.
