Pot Roast Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 green pepper
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 regular bottle catsup
    3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 large onion
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. Open Pit barbecue sauce
    4 to 5 lb. pot roast
    dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in roaster for 6 to 7 hours at 325\u00b0 covered.
    You may also use a crock-pot on low for 5 to 6 hours.
