Chili Mac - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. green peppers
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 pkg. chili seasoning
    1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 (16 oz.) cans chili beans
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute
    ground chuck, onions and green peppers over high heat until
    light
    brown.
    Add water and seasonings in a large Dutch oven.
    Boil
    the macaroni for 6 minutes, then add to the pot and simmer
    for 2 hours. Serve with crackers or cornbread and a green salad.
