Sour Cream Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. 8 oz. medium lasagna noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) or 2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    6 green onions, chopped
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook
    noodles
    and
    drain.
    Brown
    meat, stir in tomato sauce, salt,
    pepper
    and
    garlic
    salt.\tSimmer\t5
    minutes. Combine sour
    cream, cottage cheese and chopped green onions. Layer noodles,
    then meat mixture, then cheese mixture twice. Top with shredded cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 8.
