Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. water
    1 c. Eagle Brand milk
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    Mix sugar and water in large pan.
    Bring to a boil and add milk.
    Boil over low heat until mixture will form a firm ball when tested in cold water.
    Stir mixture constantly to prevent burning. Remove from heat and add chocolate.
    Beat until thick and creamy. Pour into buttered pan or dish to cool.
