Ingredients

1/2 c. Worcestershire
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 lb. rump roast, sliced
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Add meat.
Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Arrange beef strips on racks in dehydrator.
Dry on high for six to eight hours.
May arrange beef on foil covered oven racks.
Bake with oven door ajar at 200\u00b0 for six or eight hours or until dry.
Store in tightly covered container.
This recipe will serve 6 people.
