Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. oil
2 tsp. soda
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. grated carrot
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. pecan
1/2 c. raisin
1 can pineapple (8 oz.)
Preparation

Beat egg and sugar; add
oil,
soda, cinnamon, salt and baking powder.
Add flour, carrot,
pecan
and
raisins;\tput pineapple with the juice.
Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
