Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread (white or whole wheat)
    1 1/2 lb. spicy sausage of your choice
    1 onion, diced
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Let frozen bread thaw and raise.
    Punch down and roll out very thin, no bubbles.
    Meanwhile, cook sausage of your choice, breaking into small pieces and onion (diced).
    Drain well.
    Mix Cheddar cheese with sausage.
    Spread over loaf.
    Roll up jelly roll fashion and pinch together so it stays.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
    Brush top of roll with butter and a little garlic before baking.
    Let partially cool before cutting.
    Slice thin. Need to use large cookie sheet.
    Good for card parties, etc.
