German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
4 c. peeled/diced apples
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, mix eggs, oil and vanilla.
Add sugar gradually until mixture is thick and creamy.
In small bowl, sift flour, salt, cinnamon and soda.
Add to other mixture and blend well, using a wooden spoon to blend.
Fold in apples and walnuts. Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake in 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
