Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Add oil; mix very well with mixer.
Add eggs 1 at a time.
Beat thoroughly after each egg. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Bake in 2 (9-inch) square pans.
