Cinnamon Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 small pkg. red cinnamon candies
    3 apples, peeled and cut into bite-size
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (reduced calorie)
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Boil until melted, 1/4 cup of cinnamon candies and water.
    Add apples to water mixture until pink (5 minutes).
    Pour away water. Add to apples the rest of the ingredients; mix and chill.
    Then serve.
