Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    9 Tbsp. cocoa
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. zucchini
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
    Beat eggs and add oil. Gradually add sugar, cocoa, melted butter and vanilla.
    Add the flour mixture.
    Fold in zucchini and nuts, if desired.
    Divide into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 1/2 hours.
