Ingredients

1 pkg. sugar-free pineapple Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened*
1 large can pineapple tidbits or chunks
1 c. skim milk
12 pkg. Equal or 14 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
1 large bowl Cool Whip *
2 graham cracker crusts
Preparation

Take 1 cup pineapple juice and the Jell-O and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool, then add sweetener, cream cheese, pineapple and Cool Whip and mix together.
Pour into pie crusts and cool overnight in refrigerator.
