Laggots Or Liver Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. liver, ground
    1/2 lb. hamburg
    1 onion, ground
    parsley
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Grind liver and onion together.
    Mix rest of ingredients and add to liver mixture.
    Form into balls.
    Place into a pan or kettle.
    Add a small amount of water, some use beer.
    Do not cover pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 to 1 hour, depending on size of meat balls.
