Wild Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cleaned and dressed turkey, with skin on
    lemon butter
    salt
    coarse black pepper
    12 oz. cranberry juice, apple cider or beer
Preparation
    Brush bird with lemon butter and season with dry spices inside and out.
    Place bird in roasting bag.
    Pour juice into cavities and tie bag loosely.
    Insert thermometer into meatiest part of thigh.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 until temperature reaches 180\u00b0.
    The sweetness of the juices will affect the sweetness of gravy.
