Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar, packed
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 c. milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
6 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 10-inch pie crust, baked
whipped cream
Preparation

In medium saucepan, stir together the dry ingredients.
Add the milk, egg yolks and butter.
Combine well.
Cook and stir on medium heat until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir for 2 more minutes.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Cover surface with clear plastic wrap and cool on wire rack for 1/2 hour.
Keep covered until ready to serve.
Top with whipped cream.
