Special Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers (from 3 stack pkg.)
    2 tsp. poppy seed
    1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts, debone and cut into pieces.
    Place chicken in 7 x 11-inch buttered casserole dish.
    Mix cream of chicken soup with sour cream and pour over chicken.
    Crush 1 package of Ritz crackers and combine with poppy seed.
    Sprinkle over soup mixture.
    Melt margarine and pour over top.
    Cook approximately 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly at 350\u00b0.
