Cheese Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    3 carrots, sliced
    celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 head cabbage, chopped
    3 potatoes, cubed
    chicken or ground beef
    3 chicken or 3 beef bouillon cubes
    1 lb. Velveeta
Preparation
    Saute in butter the carrots, celery, onion, cabbage and potatoes.
    Add 5 cups of water.
    Add boiled chicken and 3 chicken bouillon cubes or 1 pound cooked ground beef and 3 beef bouillon cubes.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Add Velveeta and season to taste.
